He has served as one of the youngest Director-Principal in North India at Punjab College of Technical Education, Jhande, for over 3 years and 3 months. His industrial experience as Export Manager included managing export shipments for global clients – World’s best retail brands like Gap, Banana Republic, Zara, Edie Bauer,J.C. Penny, Macy’s to mention a few. He has around two decades of experience in the dynamic higher education industry. His areas of interest include monitoring and analysing recent happenings in the economy and business world, a regular follower of business news.Â

With an entrepreneurial background spanning about three decades, Dr Naresh Sachdeva has gained immense knowledge and understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, Industry Knowledge, Product Expertise, Operational Management, Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting etcetera which are the various levers affecting business management in totality. For a total period of 25 years Dr Naresh Sachdeva was the finance secretary as well as general secretary apart from being the Vice President for the Fastener Manufacturer Association of India registered with the government of India (FMAI) exposed him to many aspects where he had represented FMAI at different forums both locally and internationally on various issues that concern businesses and industries like economics.Â

He has also held the role of Overall Curriculum Coordinator for LPU School of Business, coordinating MBA programs and designing curriculum. He has also worked as an Assistant Manager at M/s. Khanna Paper Mills Ltd, Amritsar, a leading manufacturer of Coated Duplex Board, Writing & Printing Paper, and Newsprint in the Indian Paper Industry.Â
