Students actively participate in indoor and outdoor catering assignments, gaining valuable hands-on experience in hotels and resorts. The campus itself is designed like a Mock Hotel, complete with a lobby, front desk, concierge desk, waiting area, manager’s desk, and banquet hall, providing a realistic setting for Hotel Management students to enhance their skills.   • Eligibility:
  • All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council. Minimum 50% marks for general category and 45% marks for other categories. Those candidates who have passed their matriculation examination AND have also passed three year Diploma in any Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or such Examination from any other recognized State Board of Technical Education, or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology.
  • The course offers practical classes in different labs as PCTE-IHM has a demo hotel room, a fully furnished laundry, a working bakery, a base and advanced kitchen, a restaurant.
  • The concept and training which the students get in hotel is being delivered to the students throughout course on practical as well as theory basis.
  • The students also make different cuisines everyday which is open for sale as buffet, al-a-cart and ODC basis in the restaurant and run by hotels.
