Dr. Puneet Utreja earned his M. Pharmacy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and subsequently completed his Ph.D. at Punjabi University, Patiala. Currently serving as the Director cum Principal at PCTE Group of Institutes, Ludhiana. In addition to his role at PCTE, Dr. Utreja served as a distinguished Member of the Board of Studies at I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab. With a professional journey spanning 18 years, he has significantly contributed to research, teaching, and industry.
Dr. Utreja’s research endeavors focus on novel drug delivery systems, with a particular emphasis on the application of vesicular carrier systems for achieving sustained and targeted drug delivery.
Dr Harmeet Singh

Dr. Harmeet Singh is a Professor at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, PCTE Group of Institutes. His area of specialization is Pharmaceutics and has 18 years of research and teaching experience. He is presently positioned as the Head of Department. He has completed his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and Postgraduation from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rajiv Academy for Pharmacy, Mathura. He has a number research & review publication in various National and International Journals in the field of drug delivery and nanotechnology.
Beyond his scholarly achievements, Dr. Singh actively contributes to the academic community as a life member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) and the Indian Graduate Association (IGA).
