My objective is to lead and inspire excellence as the director cum principal at PCTE group of institutes, driving innovation in pharmaceutical research and education. I aim to leverage my extensive experience and expertise to mentor students, foster academic growth, and elevate the institute’s reputation as a leader in the field of
pharmaceutical sciences.

Details

Dr. Puneet Utreja earned his m. Pharmacy degree from Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences, Bangalore, and subsequently completed his Ph.D. At Punjabi university, Patiala. Currently serving as the director cum principal at PCTE group of institutes, Ludhiana. In addition to his role at PCTE, Dr. Utreja served as a distinguished member of the board of studies at I.K Gujral Punjab technical university, Jalandhar, Punjab. With a professional journey spanning 18 years, he has significantly contributed to the realms of research, teaching, and industry.

Dr. Utreja’s research endeavors focus on novel drug delivery systems, with a particular emphasis on the application of vesicular carrier systems for achieving sustained and targeted drug delivery. Over the course of his career, he has successfully supervised the research work of 17 M. Pharmacy students and guided 3 Ph.D. Scholars, making noteworthy contributions to the academic community. His commitment to advancing scientific knowledge is evident in the 27 research papers he has published in high-impact international journals.

Dr. Utreja has also presented his research findings at numerous national and international conferences, earning several prestigious awards for the best papers. Beyond his scholarly achievements, Dr. Utreja actively contributes to the academic community as a life member of the association of pharmaceutical teachers of India (APTI) and the Punjab Science Academy (PSA). His dedication to excellence and his multifaceted contributions makes him a respected figure in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
