  • It is most important for every individual to possess the virtue of Integrity irrespective of the profession to which one belongs. We must always try to be atleast true to our-self.
  • We should try our best to implement on our-self whatever we want to be implemented by our students, colleagues or any other person in life.
  • The greatest reward for any teacher is “Making someone grow in Life”. There is always an opportunity for continuous learning for all of us.
  • Teaching is one of the best professions because as a teacher, you get compensated daily when acknowledged for your efforts by your students .The feeling of satisfaction at that time is the best feeling one can ever experience in his/her life
  • It was amazing the way the audience was divided into two halves where half of the faculty members stepped into the shoes of students to observe the positive & negative points in teachers & rest of the faculty members analyzed positive & negative points about their students.
  • It is very important to create a sense of discipline in ourselves as teachers.
  • We should try our best to make our lectures interesting, value oriented & make every minute of our lecture worth remembering for each & every student on daily basis.
