Delegation from Republic of Angola visited PCTE Group of Institutes. The team comprises Mr. Jesus Joaquim Baptista, General Director, Ministry for Higher Education, Science and Technology , Mr. Jose’ Antonio Dos Santos First Secretary of Republic Of Angola and three more dignitaries from the embassy of Angola.
The delegation discussed about the PCTE group of institutes, various Courses Offered, Facilities, Scholarship Programme and general academic environment at PCTE. The Purpose of visit was to facilitate student’s admission at the institute. They were very happy and encouraged to see academic environment while having the show round of different departments at PCTE.
Dr K.N.S. Kang, Director, PCTE said that, ”Already students from Angola are studying in our college and lot more are coming this year also. He also added that such types of visit help in building good relations with our friends from other countries.” He further said that PCTE has 100 odd International students from all over the world studying full degree courses for two, three or four years at PCTE. At PCTE there is International presence as faculty or students from different countries like Greece, Mexico, Egypt, Romania, USA, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Colombia, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Nigeria and Angola.
